Couldn't be happier with LEAH. Agree, Andy, that there are one-time gains offsetting the one-time write-offs. As I said over the last few weeks, the value of this report is that we can get a better view of the company and where it's headed. The news is and remains all good, and Mgt is STILL delivering what they promise. Nice Christmas present!
