I have entered AOL via NSCP as there is some disparity between two.
As per the deal 1 NSCP = 0.45 AOL.
Based on a price of $140 for AOL, NSCP should be trading at $63.
But is trading at 59.75. So I am getting 5% discount.
But there is a risk in that if the deal does not go through
I will be holding bag.

What is the influence of funds holding NSCP on buying
AOL to get even with SP 500?
Any idea?
