a major obstacle to Stavros doing his job as a CEO seemed to be Hoc Tan's long-standing reluctance in delegating enough power to the CEO of choice to do his job. Any ship run by two captains is doomed in the long run. A proxy fight now seems to be the sole possibility for changing this situation at ICST and nobody knows this better than Stavros.
