This company is relatively "leaky"; consequently, all those who knew about a good quarter ahead of the rest of us are already in and out.

In order for a stock to go up after earnings it either has to be:
1) A company which doesn't leak, and has good earnings...and has only glowing things to say about the future.
2) An Internet company, whose stock price doesn't have ay correlation with past, present, or future earnings.

3Com doesn't pass the above tests.
