CHICAGO, Dec 23 (Reuters) - ABN AMRO said Wednesday it has
cut its rating on workstation maker Sun Microsystems Inc. to
hold from outperform, citing valuation.
-- The move comes with Sun near ABN AMRO's 12-month price
target of 85, an ABN AMRO spokeswoman said.

Others have already raised their targets above the 80's so there shouldn't be many more downgrades on valuation. Nonetheless, I personally think news (of the good variety) will be required to move the stock above this level. I don't think the Jan earnings announcement will do it.
