Unfortunately, in the gaming sector, great games are not enough to attract and keep the interest of the institutions for very long. Although computer and videogame sales are expected to surpass $10B, the transition to newer platforms and computers creates uncertainty and very few companies can make the transition smoothly and more importantly, consistently. ATVI's past is certainly shaky. Despite great games, they have a hard time maintaining profitability from quarter to quarter. I have a feeling that is going to continue with them. Barring a takeout, I don't see much significant movement. My patience with them is waning fast. I can see only two clear winners in this sector, ERTS and THQI. My bet is that even given THQI's recent 200% move, there's still much more left in their fuel tanks.
