Dog,

You are wrong about applying the same standards to DELL as to CPQ. A much larger percentage of DELL is owned by insiders while only a small percentage of CPQ is owned by insiders. CPQ is run by professional managers not by owners.

A lot of those CPQ execs and board members are dumping their stock positions in CPQ. Get the facts. Go read it for yourself instead of arguing with me.
