The Investors filed their lawsuit on December 1, 1998. Consygen's new management didn't disclose the lawsuit publicly until December 21, 1998.

When companies are sued, do they legally have to disclose that prior to quarterly filings (i.e. 10Q and 10K)? If so, how are they required to do so?

Also, if I (frivolously) sue CSGI because they failed to address me as "sir" on the phone does that mean CSGI would have to disclose that as well?

P.S. Using the excuse "Dammit, I'm a programmer not a lawyer" is not acceptable (g).
