You must mean "perscription" It was funnier the other way. Kind of ties a Hustler subscription into the idea of mental treatment. Hey never try to explain your way out of an insult, it just encourages more. Instead you might try a tit-for tat, something like I bet you need a prescription to use your subscription which lets on that you know what he meant (if it wasn't a mistake) and gets a nice dig about his masculinity.
