You have to pay for it...I have been observing US buying and selling in CDN. stocks for over 15 years now.,,, and have a nose for it. In October I posted that RBC Dominion Securities was buying up to 9.9 % of ARP. I said it was either a fund/Barrick Gold or Newmont. We had confirmation 6 weeks later that it was ABX, when they announced a takeover bid.

So far today Canaccord has bought 865,000 shares....that is US buying. Merril has bought 299, 000 shares. Canadians are too myopic to figure out what we have here as a rule. They will catch on soon. The biggest key is Yorkton....long 149,000 today. They have over 7 funds in on this. I have definitive proof of funf buying in my next update.
