Yasser Seirawan, President of Masterpiece Games Inc. announces that the Company held its first annual shareholder meeting December 15th, 1998. The board of directors of Faneuil Adams, Jonathan Berry, Bruce Harper, Robin Harper and Yasser Seirawan was approved. At the shareholders meeting, discussions were held between shareholders and management regarding the company's initiatives for 1999. The board spoke about their expectations of increased sales due to the launching of a new Internet chess site expected in the first quarter of 1999.
