Sheldon, no, I can not imagine any valid reason for ZITL to go up. My guess is that it is being pumped in advance of another floorless convertible deal, but I am only guessing. They have a high burn rate and will soon be needing more cash. ZITL management has proven to be questionable and I see no indication of changes. It is a free Christmas gift, it may go much higher, but I will be shorting all the way as I find shares.
