All the major brokerage houses make a market in USRX (though not all cover the stock); that has nothing to do with whether their analysts will or will not participate in the conference call. And MMs don't exist to "favor" the stocks they deal in: their job is to maintain inventories and to buy and sell the issues they make a market in.

Some analysts are more or less free to say what they want about a company and its stock, but more usually their declarations have to be cleared on several levels before they open their mouths: and that's when a whole variety of other factors can come into play.
