Don't worry about the downgrade bit.... Just a feeble attempt to shake out some loose shares....SUNW already safely back into the 83's. The same stunt was pulled on AOL today.... Like AOL will actually go down...given its inclusion into the S&P. These jokers got their 2-3 point discount...now they are happy.
