Good points, but keep in mind that at least one area of their target market, brokers, realtors, etc. are almost certainly not going to be as technically proficient as you are. They are salespeople. They just want their computer to work, day after day, month after month, so they can go make money. The time spent to download and get used to the latest version of every bell and whistle is money out of their pockets. For example, I still use Netscape 3.02 because it works and gets the job done and lets me focus on where I make money, serving clients and investing. For same reason, still use WordPerfect 6.1 (I bought 8, but don't use it yet and am not sure when I will because I don't need it and don't have time to learn it the way I know 6.1 inside out.) Sure, I COULD download the newest software and spend time setting it up, learning the new features, getting the right plug-ins, etc., but that's going to cost me either money or family time. I fear that if FNTN forces potential users to keep upgrading, upgrading, upgrading every month or two, they are going to lose clients who want a TOOL, not a commitment. Remenber, success will come with broad acceptance, and that means NON techies.
