This homeless intitiative will do wonders for thousands of people who earn their money living off the administration of these funds. Only $.23 of each welfare dollar ever gets to the actual person on welfare. The rest goes to social workers and government administrators who get to feel good handing out other peoples money but having no effect on the problem of the poor or homeless. We are going to hear him come up with a program a day for photo op to make him appear like he matters. Remember during Clinton's first 4 years, he didn't do anything besides blackmailing people. When the elections turned the House upside down all of a sudden he would pick as his theme whatever the Republicans picked. One day a focus group indicated that people are very concerned about their children. From THAT day every one of Clinton's speeches harped away at the children, over and over. Funny, before the focus group info, you never heard him mentioning the children. He never believed in anything but just uses a topic to have people say he understands me. He feels my pain. stevek
