Matt,

Good post. Just curious, did you sell or hold?

Emotions and psychology play a bigger role than many individuals realize IMO. People often "wish" a stock higher. But, if analysts feel a company didn't meet their overly optimistic expectations, the institutions sell and sell and the individual investors are often still standing there saying "it's undervalued". It's human nature to "want to be right". But when you're not right, in the short term, you can either find a "better" investment or hold on for the longer term. I think ones choice is highly dependent on their investment horizon and risk tolerance. I prefer to find stocks with upward momentum thus expect to sell a significant portion of SIII soon. It will likely be "on sale" for a while.

Dave
