Robin: Mr. Speaker, the Gentleman from Monte Carlo begs to be recognised on a point of order. El changed his pick from 0.25 to 0.36. or thereabouts. Therefore, the record is in error. However, given that we may be unwittingly contributing to a "whisper number" created by some of the so-called "services", it is in this august thread's interest to keep the number down. For this reason I seek permission to move a motion that the honourable gentleman from Michigan's number remain as recorded and the number of the 7ft White Rabbit - sometimes know as Harvey - be refused both because of its late entry and because it will raise the mean.
