Brady, your questions, in my opinion, some of 'em anyway, are a reach; some of 'em are very good questions.

I note that several are posed negatively, rather than from a genuine inquisitive and productive nature. Thus, I recommend you place the real name of the individual who is asking a question next to the question which is asked.

Think very seriously about this. If your efforts are going to be successful, you've got to realistically consider you're attempting to elicit personal information from Pat Hayton. Is he apt to provide this to an individual not named or named something like ZuluGate, ZuluLoser, I Am Not Pat Hayton or HIGHPLANESDRIFTER, etc.? I doubt it.

So, if you're going to ask such brazen questions, how about putting your real identities behind them? Show some courage. Otherwise, what you're perpetuating, Brady, promulgates as nothing but a free-trashing for some.

Now, I just finished transcribing a conference call for a bluechip company. There existed an operator who announced the name of each individual wanting to ask a question. Once a proper introduction was established, each participant was limited to ask two questions. The company's CEO, COO and Investor Relations Rep answered. It was a meaningful, healthy and highly interactive forum. What you are trying to do is not.

Granted, a conference call concerning a bluechip company might not have the same degree of logistical support a simple Q&A might have regarding a penny stock. But still, if you expect any kind of meaningful results from your Q&A, the material must be presented in a respectful manner. Right now, it's not.

Now, after reading the "proposed" questions, I have a better understanding as to why you thought I might delete some of 'em. Who wouldn't? Some are highly insulting in nature. But I would have had a back and forth with you to work on what questions should or should not be submitted.

Yes, I was once willing to be a so-called "messenger," to deliver a series of questions under a cover letter with my name. But I'm not doing that now due to reasons I've described in previous posts. It remains my contention, however, that the asker of each question in order to assure quality behind the asking, should, out of respect if nothing else, provide their own name to the question.

Keep working on it, Brady. Maybe you'll get it right. But the present course you're on, I assure you, will get you nowhere. How come? Well, the Spanish Inquisition ended a long time ago.

NOTE TO RANDY: Randy, I know you have some legitimate questions you'd like answered. If you'd like for me to forward them I'll try and get answers for you. But you've got to identify who you are in order for me to do so on your behalf. Fair enough?
