H&Q upgraded BBAR to "strong buy" and set a 12 month target of $18 "on the belief that the stock should trade closer to its trend-line growth rate". Other notes from H&Q:

- FY99 EPS forecast of $.55
- Bar business forecast to grow 32%
- FY00 revenue forecast of $162M
- FY00 EPS forecast of $.80
