Don t buy the book! It is not for anyone with your expertise with point and figure charts. It is for people who want to invest and don t want to do any research. The whole book is summed up on one page. Rest of book is just fluff to fill the book. Just visit Dogsofthedow.com. All one does is put 10% of their money in each of the 10 highest yielding dow stocks on January 1st. Then sell them at the end of July and put money in money market till January 1st. Made money and beat the DJIA for return each and every year back till the 1960s. Even in the years the Dow declined. No work no decisions. Very easy. Then there are variations Top 5 , Top 5 less the lowest priced etc. Of course you didn t have all the people who follow the book in those stocks back then. Same old story, will something that worked always work with a majority of people following it? That is the new question. Chartseer
