Gary,If Pattison is in this play this is the time to load up. He is well known for spotting money where the average person overlooks it. He is not in this play for a quick 30%.You can bet your ass he is not intrested in leaving future rate of return on the table.He can smell money better than a blood hound.All we have to do is sit and wait.He has time to wait and time is a friend of money
