Hey Chuck

I will second that notion. Without security their operating cost are around 70-75%. If they require huge security to run the mine it may not be economically viable in the current political climate. As it stand this mine without security would be bringing in $7-12 million a year in earnings. A big military force and additional administration cost could easily bring that number down dramatically.

A news release that they are backing out of Angola until the country is politically stable could send this stock to .02-.03 in a day. They have 110 million shares out and 20 million in dept. with no cash. Without cash flow from this mine they are sunk.

On the flip side if they manage to get this mine up and running in Jan. without huge security cost this stock could see the upside of .50.

In my opinion this stock is like putting money on the roulette table. If it drops down from here I may take a spin of the wheel but I am not risking a load of capital since the risks of collapse if far to high for my liking.

Best Regards
KEITH
