(NASDAQ: NCII) and Voice It Worldwide, Inc. of Fort Collins, CO (NASDAQ: MEMO) have mutually agreed not to pursue the manufacturing and distribution letter of intent announced on December 6, 1996. Norris Communications Inc. is a Delaware based corporation. It trades on the NASDAQ (small cap) stock market under the symbol NCII. Norris Communications markets OEM products worldwide including the MicroOS imbedded systems software operating system, Multichip modules, private label products and custom-designed products.
