Frank: I don't think we (the shareholders) have approved anything like a 1 for 2, or similar option. Have we? I do have a pretty active portfolio and I might have missed it. So, that would take a special meeting and time. I am hoping that the necessary share price can be attained and sustained without this type of move. I think if enough people become convinced that a Nasdaq listing is possible then it will be. With the movement this past month, an $8. range doesn't seem that far away. These days with 20% increases may create even more enthusiasm. If we do make it state side, there'll be champagne corks popping.
