I am not aware if there is such a study. However logic tells us that you do not announce an IPO afterhours on Friday or long weekend (e.g. Friday turns out to be July 4th) because the impact is mitigated by the time lapse over the weekend. Therefore, I do not expect that NAVR will announce an IPO after the close tomorrow. There will be nobody listening!! Have a Happy Holiday Season and a Profitable 1999!! PAL
