Dave: Still Here

Yeah, I'm still long, I dumped my Jan 17.5 calls week ago Tuesday (at a lost), sure glad I didn't hold or exercise them! :)

I had a target of $21 based on the earnings/conf call, but I have said all along that if the stock did not break out based on this news, it is a very negative, short term signal.

I do believe this thing will continue to spike and retreat in the $16 - $19 range (with possible breakouts) till Q1 report when we start this all over again.

I can't think of any other "good" news that will influence SIII(between now and Q1) other that strong REITs from analysts as it drifts lower, or a major new design win in the laptop space.

Bad news of a major design loss to a competitor could also send us lower.

Still I'm waiting for $19 short term or maybe I'll see how Q1 plays out. Make or break for SIII will be Q4 97. Holding till then will provide the most risk/reward depending on their success.

Regards,

Matt
