Speaking of Fidelity, they screwed me again today, couldn't get to my account to sell another I-nut stock I owned. The first thing out of the reps mouth was, it must be your ISP, they must be real busy. Yeah, my local ISP is real busy at 4:30AM, I'm in Hawaii. Drives me nuts that they take zero responsibility for any problems. I could get real time quotes at their site, but could not get to my account, sounds like my ISP was working fine. Third time this has happened to me, and it only happens at the open, gee I wonder why? I am getting tired of it. Seriously thinking of changing. Any suggestions?
