announced today the opening of its second E-Complete Web site, www.avishop.com. The company intends for the site to
become the Internet's best source for the needs of commercial pilots and flight attendants, including official airline approved
supplies.

In support of the opening, Sirco's telecommunications companies, Essex Communications and Access One Communications,
have agreed to provide all airline employees, who register at the site, special pricing for all their communications needs. The
special offer will include: (1) a no fee calling card with a domestic rate of 16.9 cents per minute, international calling access,
voice mail, fax mail, conference calling, speed dialing and news services; (2) nationwide unlimited Internet access with free
e-mail for $16.95 per month and (3) where available, a 10% discount off their local phone service and a flat rate home long
distance rate of 9.9 cents per minute.
