"introduction of this tool will still require marketing skills that in my opinion have been woefully lacking under the present management" My understanding is that this is about to change , for the positive. I heard as well the run up in Zitel may have more to do with the future of FRX than Zitel,in otherwords a case of mistaken identity. We shall see.
