DELL made a new high, it seems that the volume is comming back. I am not sure that it is too early, but there will be a run for DELL in the upcomming few weeks, target for myself would be the second week of Jan for an entry point. If there is market weakness to come it might be a good time to add to DELL. In the past after times of churning for the stock, it tends to rally strongly.

I am also anticipating a smaller cap rally in the next few weeks. There are plenty of stocks that are trading at very low levels that deserve to be looked at. As well, the bio's tend to run at the first of the year. View a chart of most and one might see the typical trend.

I think pickings are possibly going to be slim. I am looking for the next sector that might rally. Oil has been hit hard, Banks and Trannies are a few to consider..
