Thanks for the info, flodyie. I hadn't seen before that there were only 95 shareholders of record as of 12/1/98. I suppose that if TRAV has sold stock to a bunch of "customers", to be polite, that the brokerage might be the shareholder of record for all of them, if they keep it in TRAV's name. Is that how it works, Auric? Barry
