We have confirmation from the company itself that it has a signed agreement with a Middle East PTT to provide equipment ! This news is significant since it signifies that DGIV is beginning to see the fruit of jimmy Chin's hard work. also, once the equipment sale contract has been done, as is indicated in the newsletter, i would expect DGIV to get 'minutes" contract from the same PTT!!! For those who have been waiting for Jimmy Chin to deliver, it looks like the wait is just about ...OVER!
