Nearing a Top

Hi, Brookelise:

I totally agree with you that the market is nearing a top, especially
the DJII. Before topping out however. it might first attempt a false
breakout. In all my high-momentum portfolios, I am increasing the
percentage hedged by the DIA or the SPY.
