C, at first glance you may think that might affect CAV. However, on closer inspection we see that housing starts are not down at all for the lower middle-class housing that Cavalier provides. CAV's market continues to grow. The stock is far too beaten up to warrant a further decline by this minimal news. If it was the lowest in 3 or 5 years I would expect all housing stocks to go down, maybe even CAV (not from these levels mind you), but news like this isn't going to touch CAV much. The good thing for CAV is that inexpensive housing of this type is in more demand than ever before. From Reno With Love.
