I recieved said newsletter in my email this evening. A company newsletter. Not a wire release of official news, but a company originated newsletter. Again, it specifically states "agreement" not contract. And the terms of which are not stated. I believe there is too much irrational exuberance happening here on the thread this evening over this newsletter. I also point out the disclosure by the company of the issuance of Reg 144 stock. It was nice of the company to disclose that in the newsletter, and now we see where the shares are really coming from as noted by insider sales earlier today for the two individuals discussed, but in observance we also see further dilution of shares possible into the marketplace. Whilst it is easy for the investor here to be joyous over another vaporous agreement betweenst the company and another foreign entity, it is also easy for said investor to overlook the subsequent problems facing the investor here with further dilution possible in the stock. I surely hope the company is being forthright in disclosing other events critical to the investor in the future since the company is not required at this time to disclose.
