Dear TokyoJoe,
In reference to the Special Offer from MarkeTrack 98 (http://www.mt98.com)
to members of your society this is the approved plan:

Then clients are to call 800-367-5968 in order to request the order form,
contract and brochures.
All the sales staff answering that line will have a copy of this memorandum
in order to adhere to the following:

1- The $195 sign up fee is now WAIVED for all clients stating that they were
referred by TokyoJoe (or TokyoMax).

2- The additional fee for NASDAQ Level II is reduced from $100 per month to
$75 additional per month to either the Basic or Premium Unlimited plans.

3- An additional 5% will be subtracted from the contract terms. So a 6
month contract discount is normally 10% is now increased to a 15% discount
off the service plan. An annual discount is normally 15% and would now be
a 20% discount.

For example: Basic Service Unlimited on a month to month is $175 per month
plus exchange fees. An annual contract for your members would be: $135 per
month for the Basic service.
If a user wants to add NASDAQ Level II that would be an additional $75 per
month to total $210 per month. Saving $65 MONTHLY from a standard month to
month contract with NASDAQ Level II.

Once we receive a signed order form and contract we will overnight a package
to the user with the manual and disks. A customer service representative
will call the next day to walk them through the initial log on. Please note
a toll free support number will be supplied.
