Cyphercom Solutions Inc. Continuing Liquidity Difficulties NEW YORK, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- On December 16, 1996, Cyphercom Solutions Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CYKO) announced that it was experiencing liquidity difficulties and that it was in negotiations with the holders of its Series A Convertible Preferred Stock to convert such stock into debt or equity securities of the Company which the Company believed was a precondition to its ability to obtain the additional financing needed to fund operations as well as the introduction of its Internet software product. Although negotiations are continuing, no resolution has yet been reached. The Company's liquidity condition has continued to decline and unless the negotiations with the holders of the Preferred Stock are favorably resolved within the next few days and additional financing is obtained, the Company will have to cease all operations, close its offices, and consider all of its other alternatives, including, without limitation, the filing of a petition in bankruptcy and/or the disposition of some or all of its tangible assets which consist primarily of computers and related equipment.
