Wrong index, right idea. We do not know the extent of arbitrage between the two markets. I have posed this question in the past, and othres seem to think there is very little. One thing to note is that by trading on two markets, moves up or down are often exagerrated producing a series of gaps as Singapore continues a move begun in the US. Brian
