Deutsche Bank Securities said it raised its target price for
AMERICA ONLINE INC to $165 from $121 and reiterated the company's
buy rating. AOL was added to the S&P 500 Index, replacing Venator
Corp., formerly known as Woolworth's. (Reuters 10:06 AM ET
