The date of the AENG Annual meeting is most appropriate:" ARTICLE II - STOCKHOLDERS 1. ANNUAL MEETING

The annual meeting of the stockholders shall be held on first day of April in each year, beginning with the year 1997 at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M.,for the purpose of electing directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting."
