You people obviously have problems with your memory! Remember all the things DGIV promised in the past that never happened (Nasdaq listing, contracts in various countries that turned out not to be contracts, etc.) You believe in hype with nothing to back it up. If the company ever gets around to making these claims as part of the SEC filings, I'd be more inclined to believe them.
