Tuesday January 21 5:53 PM EDT Ericsson Selects Celeritek for Gallium Arsenide Semiconductor Based MMIC Power Amplifier SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Celeritek Inc , has been awarded initial production orders for CMM1333 power amplifiers from Ericsson. Celeritek expects to ship these orders by June of 1997. The CMM1333 is used in both the handset and base station of an Ericsson wireless PCS product. "The award reflects Celeritek's technology strength in GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) semiconductor power amplifier MMICs for wireless applications and our growing relationships with industry leaders such as Ericsson.
