In many states it is Ok to record a conversation as long as one party knows of the recording. So if I record you and "know" I am doing it, that's OK. Seems lying is getting to be so prevalent ... (monkey see monkey do?) ... that some people record a lot of the time just to be able to assert an agreement. I have started doing so on certain calls. Don't waste time with those radio shack suction cup pickups. They do not work. Get one of the devices that branches the handset line ... one to the recorder and one to the handset. Floyd
