the bottom line is DGIV is NOT a reporting company. does anyone know BASIC answers to questions like...shares outstanding, last quarter revenues, etc...that is verifiable through an SEC document? i dont DISLIKE this company. but i dont like it either. if people are invested here for VOIP, i really think that Franklin Telecom(FTEL) is a much better company and reporting! ofcourse i have said this before, when DGIV was over $6 and over $4 and over $3 etc. and i got jeered for saying the stock was going below $2. i will not make any more price predictions. i just want you people to compare these two companies. you can trade shares evenly right now. if its not clear to you which is the superior diversified VOIP company, i cant help you any. i know that there will be some that will jeer me for putting up this post, but i sincerely am trying to help some of you people who have been misguided by your departed leaders. i remember the "whisper" posts about events that never materialized. just trying to help. please no antagonistic replies that will continue to make me post here.
