Jim I agree!! I will monitor only the left column or first column as that represents 66-68% of the group. I am also planning to put them in Yahoo also. I will concentrate on 4 sectors as you mentioned...
The ones that look good to me is Technology (XLK) for obvious reasons, Financial (XLF) Consumer Staples (XLP) because it is loaded with Health. Finally, it is a toss up between Consumer Services (XLV) and Cyclical (XLY)... Will be monitoring others also. I think it will take 6 months before they catch on...Understanding and setting up a strategy early and monitoring is important. I will feel more comfortable once I have more chart space to view. Only Technology showing any chart pattern...like you said, because of the volume. We need volume.... momemtum is the only way to go with them right now because there are too many to determine fundamental analysis. You could only do that along with TA because there is too many stocks in the model to make it effective. Short moving average may be the best approach.
