Apparently dcht has developed a pem fuel cell in joint effort with Los Alamos. I'm not yet a holder here, nor a bull yet. But the best I can determine the tale is true and it is in the watt to mw range. Something for the home and maybe smaller up to hospital, school, etc. size. Seems a bit early yet but some like the ground floor before the foundation is finished. My DD is not complete on this company so all judgement is in abeyance.
