Chris, there's some good stuff in that report. It's my guess that the stock dropped in price due to the death of Mr. Stewart. I did not know about that.

He was in the middle of several negotiations for new acquisitions and these have all been put on hold, and it sounds like they'll be dropped. I don't like that part. They are now planning on spinning off the three branches and giving us stock in each entity, I do like that part. And all of this within the first 6 months of 1999.

The total value should be around $2 (a 10 bagger) to $5 (a mega bagger) compared to yesterdays close. Yup, $2-$5, sounds real good. Yup yup yup... And a PE of 4. Now come on folks!!!

This is a reporting company. They want the spin offs in the same category. 1999 is starting out looking pretty good.
