I agree, and I think the higher the price of CDNW goes the more tied it becomes to NTKI. If the two companies don't merge: i) CDNW has one more competitor, and ii) CDNW becomes smaller than AMZN in CD sales. If the merger is called off the price of CDNW will suffer.
