Insook, I am talking about Hyundai. They have a very high debt to equity ratio. They are unable to borrow money to upgrade fabs fast enough to keep up with MU. They are being left in the dust. If Hyundai doesn't merge with LGS than IMO they may go bankrupt. DavidG
